Construction of a 191,000sf mixed-use building designed by globally renowned architect David Adjaye. The building consists of 124 units for Low Income families, a childhood center for 200 children and innovative Children’s Museum. ARMA assisted in evaluating an issue with water penetration and overseeing the corrective design and implementation.
