Housing complex on the lower East Side of Manhattan consists of 1109 Affordable Cooperative apartments. ARMA is overseeing the conversion of the complex’ heating system from Con Edison steam to their own steam boiler plant. The plant will also include cogeneration generators. In addition to the boiler plant, each unit will be renovated with new steam control valves, unit ventilation upgrades and installation of energy efficient lighting throughout.
