ARMA worked closely in conjunction with POP development staff to bolster their team with our technical knowledge and process understanding.
This project required extensive value engineering alongside the architect and client to reign in both design and infrastructure of this building. We have worked vigorously with our client and all team members to produce a building structured in a Design-Bid-Build model through a hybrid Design – Bid – Build with partial Design Build with contracting and professional entities that have never worked together before.
