The 40,336 square foot building located at 639 Dekalb Avenue will be a seven-story with cellar level, residential, concrete and steel structure that will provide thirty-seven residential units comprised of four studio units, twelve one-bedroom units, fifteen two-bedroom units and six three-bedroom units. The 45,433 square foot 652 Dekalb Avenue building will also be a seven-story residential building providing forty-five residential units comprised of six studio units, nineteen one-bedroom units, eighteen two-bedroom units and two three-bedroom units.
