The existing 49,446 SF building, located at 19 Debevoise Avenue in the East Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, New York, will be completely gutted and renovated into a 200-bed capacity shelter. Project amenities will include onsite property management and supportive services suites. The scope of work for Building 1 will include site abatement, roof demolition, new addition, all new systems (electric, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection), new windows, additional insulation in exterior walls, new roofing and roof insulation, two (2) new elevators, and all new interior finishes (flooring, ceilings, casework, appliances and plumbing fixtures).
